I would like to add an aux input to my PCM 2.1 without replacing the entire head unit if possible.

I have Bose and a CD autochanger fitted.

Design 911 are selling a MOST adapter product code CTVPO001.

Link below:

Does anyone have any experience of fitting one of these and if so any tips?

Thanks

I have fitted one of these and it was simple - Removed the CD Changer and the power and earth connections that the unit requires can be found in the CD Changer loom. Then you just need to feed an RCA audio cable into the car for your aux input to go to the iPhone/iPod etc. The PCM unit recognises it as if it were the CD Changer.

Not elegant or perfect but does exactly what you want it to by giving you an aux input to the PCM unit.

Thanks for reply. Where did you locate the black box with the RCA input sockets? I was hoping to get this in the glovebox.

Mine had a cdr24 with the BOSE surround so fitted one of these which includes the MOST box.

Yes I’ve looked at the N7 but it’s the best part of a £1k plus fitting which is beyond my budget at the moment.

No, but a few chaps on Boxa.net have fitted them and are happy with the results.
