I have a range rover sport with multiple issues that must be all related.

Transmission fault warming light, seems to default to sport mode, Engine continues to run when key removed if my foot is on the break, also break lights stick on !!

How old is it ?

What does the dealer or specialist say ?

Have you plugged it into a diagnostic machine ?

I’m no mechanic by any stretch but these symptoms are most likely to electronics related. Could be as simple as a faulty sensor or two.

The quivkrr you get it looked at by somebody with LR diagnostic kit the better.

Couldn't be bothered to use google, so cant see the OP using a Forum search biggrin

My guess is its the following:
Battery
Brake Light Switch
Any one of a number of sensors
Wiring Fault (Becoming common on older vehicles)
