Hi, as per title! On November 15th 2017 I put my M135 into my local dealer for an oil and micro filter service. I asked about the service package I understood was valid on the car, but they told me it expired. As I had bought the car from someone telling me that the package was valid I was a little miffed. However, with it being a busy time for me I paid the bill and moved on.

Fast forward to last week. I put the car in for the brake fluid replacement, and was told that it was free due to the service package being valid!!!!

Would it be unreasonable to expect refunded for the oil service, given it was their error? I asked a service advisor today and his attitude couldn’t have been worse. He literally shrugged his shoulders! I’m now waiting for the service manager calling me back. This was their error, and I had asked at the time.
