Evolve Fitness

Has anyone see this place?
Hand over £4k, then you get essentially 3 months of 4-days a week intense one-on-one training. Amazing results promised etc. etc.
I'm sort of considering it - I dont belong to a gym and really don't want to. But, if this would kick start some habbits and get me on the way to a good physique then maybe it'd be good. I'm generally fit for cardio but never done any gym based work.
There seems to be a few others in London offering this intensive type of training.
Has anyone had experience of this type of training, or even tried it?

No experience of Evolve.. but why not try Crossfit or the equivalent?
You can go as often as you like- 5+ days a week (so more often than Evolve).
Most of the classes I go to have around 5 people in them so it isn't far off personal training at times. I get constant technique correction/encouragement throughout the workout etc.
Given the intensity(of Crossfit), I can't imagine the results would be too different, if at all?
Plus you'd be over £3.5k better off.

I don't do gym either.
I rather do a sessions of push ups, knee bends, some crunches and a few bar bell repetitions, about 15 to 20 minutes,
twice or thrice a week it helps to stay fit, if I can manage bicycle or bike for 2 hours a week, but it has evolved to a few quite rare moments per year.

You could try crossfit if you have no hope left in your soul.
I know Evolve well - they are just down the road from where I work, and I have trained there a fair bit.
Most of the trainers are excellent, the gym is fantastic.
The intensive programme is not for me because I know how I want to train and don't want nutrition help, etc, but if you want those things, it is excellent.

Not knocking Crossfit, but it isn't a quick health/fitness boost like the OP wants. It seems like you'd be learning technique for the best part of a year before you can start to perform the workouts competently.
I would be the same, I have no Olympic lifting experience so would take along time before I was competent enough to join in a workout.
