Fotango

I just set up a fotango account so that I could post some pics.

But the pictures I post stay visible on PH then dissapear after a while. If I look at the picture through fotango, they will re-appear on PH.

So how do I post a link to a picture in fotango which will stay there?

I don't know the answer to that, but I use photobucket ( http:\www.photobucket.com ). Pics don't seem to disappear there.

Raffles, I think you have to view the actual photo.
Right click on it, then left click "Properties".

When the properties dialog box appears you will see the correct link on it.

Highlight the link and right click.Then right click on copy.

You can then copy that URL to your post.

Remember that if you delete the picture from your account it will disappear from P.H. as well.

If this is the process you are already using then I'm not sure what's going wrong.

I'm using firefox, and clicking on 'viw image' then copying the address in the address bar. I'll do some experimenting...

Have you made the pictures public?

On the right hand side of your photo, you'll see a list of options, one of which is 'get a link to this picture'

Click that and a http reference will appear above the photo which you can use on here.

You know, most ISPs provide webspace with your account...

I had this problem and basically I was getting the wrong link. Click on the picture you want to use, then click on 'get a link for this picture' button. Use this URL to post.
