M6 F06 - comfort access issues

Hi all

Anyone had issues with “comfort access” not working correctly?

When i get close to the car (with keys in pocket), the car unlocks and door handle lights up. It shouldn’t really do that. It should only unlock if i grab the handle?!...please help.

You are likely to have one of the handles failing, it is a known fault across the F series generation cars (I have heard of similar issues with F10's with CA).

common issue. one of the door handles will be buggered, had it on all my bmw cars the most recent one being an M6 GC

Just got the car a few months ago from a BMW dealer. Should be covered under warranty right?

Yep, should be covered by AUC warranty - my door handle failed a few months ago, and was fixed FOC.
