Really? so it's pointless taking it for the average person that only lifts four times a week, plus a bit of running and cycling. While getting in at least 150g protein a day?chris4652009 said:

The average person doesn't lift 4 times a week plus run and cycle, so it may well help you! I'd not say that much, but give it a try, it'll certainly not do any harm.One of the very few supplements that works. It's better for short sets of heavy weight - explosive power should improve. Anaerobic energy system boosted so lots of athletes involved in sports featuring short sprints (Rugby etc) take it. If you want something that improves longer sets (pump) take a nitric oxide precursor. Something like AAKG. I think you can buy the two pre-mixed now but I'd separate them personally.
