Octavia Injectors etc

hi all, my 2011 Octavia 1600 cr has now done 120,000 miles on its original Siemens injectors. Reading a few posts and found that they are good up to 75,000 miles, so mine are lucky to have gone so far. The car is still going well per se, when starting engine it sounds as a normal deisel sounds, but after a while it gets hot its sounds different, more pinky. Maybe me but there is definetly a change. So to come to the questions. I can change all the injectors myself etc, but the new injector numbers need to be put into the car by computer. Here lies the questions.
1. How long if possible can you run the car without uploading injector number to computer
2. Are you able to run the car at all
3. How far out will one injectors parameters be from another
4. Rather than fit new Siemens I have read that there are better ones out there, Beru/Bosch etc but cant find thread.

Do you have any advice on best ones to go for.

I would rather be proactiv in getting new injectors now rather than leaving it til it breaks down on a trip then having to go to a stealership..........
