According to today's Sunday Times Driving suppliment, almost one quarter of the fatal and serious accidents in Kent last year were caused by foreign registered cars.
In Lothian and Borders 1/3 of speeders caught during a 2 month period were foreigners.
The article also states that an un-named car magazine dumped a foreign registered car around London and amassed £880 worth of parking fines. No further action was taken.
