A couple of mine. The first one is my attept to recreate a cocktail I had in a local bar.
Orange and ginger old fashioned.
3 measures Bourbon/JD
1 measure Cointreau
2 measures Ginger Ale
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
Couple of dashes Angostura bitters
Add everything to a large whiskey glass - stir together then add some ice (or preferably a large ice ball.)
Second is my own creation. It doesnt have a name, we just call it a ‘martini’ at home.
2 measues Vodka
2 measures Martini Extra Dry
2 measures Martini Bianco
Add to a cocktail shaker with loads of ice. Shake until ice cold. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add a cocktail stick with 3 cocktail cherries and stir.

Make a not dissimilar one myself:
Couple shots whiskey, Smokey black grouse is a good one for cocktails, or bourbon
Slug of blue Curacao
Juice of half a lemon
Dash of bitters
Agave nectar
Top with ginger ale.
Or mojito
Muddle brown sugar with mint in mortar and pestle
Lime juice
Rum, both.
I top with tonic, makes for a "murkier" drink than you'd get served but tastes good.
And jungle cocktail
Rum
Midori
Banana liqueur
Blue Curacao
Top with banana and coconut juice.

Ice
Top with soda water.
Mojito
1/2 lime cut into quarters, squeezed and thrown into glass then muddled with a few sprigs of mint.
double shot of lime sour mix, double shot of white rum (pref Havana club) top with soda.
The missus is well into her Aperol Spritz aswell.

colada Best with cheaper ingredients, hence the name. We've tried it with good rums and it doesn't taste as good.
1 part spiced rum
1 part fake Malibu (I think it's called Coco bay in Aldi).
2 parts pineapple juice
2 parts lemonade
Vary the mixture to taste, but if you like coconut and pineapple, it's a winner.
Black Death
2 parts creme de cassis
1-2 parts vodka
2 parts apple juice
2 parts lemonade
Alcoholic ribena.
Berry Mojito
Punnet of strawberries
Punnet of raspberries
about 10-12 mint leaves
Juice of a lime
Sugar, to taste.
Chop up the fruit and mint and put all the ingredients into a saucepan with a little water, then simmer for 30-60 minutes. I then tend to leave the mix to cool overnight. When cool, put it through a blender until smooth, add to a large container, then add in white rum (up to you how strong you want to go), some mint leaves, a few chopped berries and soda water. I quite often make this one when we have big barbecues as it takes a bit of prep.
