What's wrong with P/H today??

OK, first time in 3 years this has happened to me, I click on a topic and I get an 'Oops, topic can't be found'!!, and everytime I log on, I obly see posts from yesterday! I have completely cleared my cache and cookies, and all temp internet files (bit annoying as now I have to log on to everything again!!), but its still happening, is it clitches in the website or me??
