What's Lucozade done to PH?

He was obviously out on the razzle last night but since his 03:00 am bulk postings my PH seems to want to keep on reverting to the 03:00 am version, despite my having done a forced refresh several times. Has he spiked it?

Just hit refresh/open up another page - every "second one" is working.

I'd imagine Ted's load balancers have gone a bit mad.
