Hi folks, I am trying to get in touch with Alfa UK, but keep being handed off to Customer Service in Italy. Anyone got a contact number for UK management?

They won't let you deal with Alfa UK, I've just undergone a 3 month battle over a warranty claim with WLMG Reading, in fairness to the Customer Services in Milan, they were very helpful in resolving my case.

Yes my understanding is customer services is all run out of Italy.

It's a total lottery who you get in Milan to deal with your issue, my experience with dealing with them on the whole was an absolute disaster..

Don't bother - I dealt with around four different arms of Alfa Romeo back in April / May. Their total inability to take any responsibility or talk to other departments, or indeed to support their car (Giulia Veloce) in any way ended up with me rejecting the vehicle out of sheer frustration.

They're completely and totally inept across the board.

Also found out the finance company (FCA Finance) had failed to remove the record of the credit agreement from my record four months on, and had actually marked me down as defaulting on payments so essentially destroyed my credit score. Took ages to sort.
