A mate of mine recently got back from a Eurohoon, albeit on a BMW 1200 bike, but he highly recommended the B500 road in Germany - worth looking at as part of your route.

^ this but it's also a popular bike route. Tbh almost any road there is going to be good, I just turned off one road down to a random road going to the southeastern side of the black forest and hit some superb roads, great surface, fast flowing corners and practically empty, could not ask for more really. Stayed at Baden Baden, easy to find hotels and decent food there too.

Black Forest native here. Depending on the time you can spend I can give you some recommendations on the roads I take when going on for a weekend drive while visiting my relatives. The 500 is rather dull but your best bet if you are only crossing north to south in a day.
