Air Con recommendations (for 4000 sq ft business premises)

Hi there

I have a large-ish (4k sq ft) Edwardian industrial building in need of A/C ready for next summer. Very little insulation, flat roof, extensive roof glazing, so loads of solar gain.

Open to ducted or standalone units. Ideally need somebody who actually understands thermodynamics who can come to site and work out what is actually needed, not just "rule of thumb + 50% for luck." The building is in central London.

Can anyone offer any recommendations? I've been searching online, but most suppliers/installers seem to be "box tickers" rather than people with any actual subject matter expertise about buildings...

We work on loads of projects with them, just done a temperature controlled warehouse with them, they work for Hugo boss etc etc
