2010 Zafira rad fan error 0482

Hi. Been lurking many years but first post. Zafira 1.8 design 2010 Rad fan comes on at 111degC for a couple of seconds at high speed then stops and 0482 error pops up
Been using the heater on full blast to keep engine cool in traffic.
Checked fuses and relays and all seem good.
Maintains 104degC on normal running (according to stats from in car diagnostics)

Any ideas before I hand to an auto sparky.
