Came on a couple of days ago at the top of one of my front teeth. It’s not really strong enough to call it an ache, more like a mild pulse of pressure every couple of minutes, but it is distracting, especially at night. I don’t think it’s caused by a cavity as I’ve tried ice cold and hot drinks with no reaction.

I’m hoping it will go away by itself and it is just a side-effect of caffeine withdrawal (I gave it up 2 weeks ago today) but am I kidding myself and should I get to the dentist?
