Like Gazboy, I don't want to start a flame war.
I was thinking about a Tuscan S or T350 myself.
All I will say is that I'd suggest you look at all the cars advertised, and take note of how many Speed 6 engined cars are listed as having had engine rebuilds, and the mileages they have covered.

Probably better if the man himself posts istead of me, as it's his car after all.
Probably - but you thought you'd post nonetheless.
I see from his Profile he owns a 2000 tuscan, this sort of thread has been done to death and then some more - but just for the benefit of old boy:-
The S6 engine has had many problems which have been well documented - see other threads, but most of these have been pre mid 2002 cars, and mainly 4.0 S6.
The post mid 2002 S6 engines have seen several upgrades and seem fairly reliable so far, all i would say is make sure its a late 2002 onwards, still ensure its been well looked after ie proper running in procedures and ensuring that engine oil is upto temperature before exceeding 3000rpm.
My own experience of the T350 is that it been nothing other than superb in the time ive owned it, only problem has been flat battery, The Chimaera on the other hand did have some problems.
My mates got a Tamora 03 which he has owned from new and now has 32000 faultless miles on it mechanically, only a few trim niggles initially.
Others on here with the later engines seem to be saying the same thing too.
So in summary only late 2002 S6 onwards unless the older engine has had a rebuild to current spec, and ensure the correct warming up procedure is followed otherwise walk away immediately
If you can get a warranty, all the better
