1972 Heuer Carrera 1553 repair required
Discussion
Hi all, I have the above and it needs a repair/service (stop watch not returning and rest button gone awol)
still keeps perfect time but would like a service as well, any recomended to do the job ? the watch means a lot to me so very hesitant about taking it anywhere to be be honest....
I'm in Essex and would like local'ish if possible (150 miles'ish is ok) purely as I would prefer to deliver/pick up in person rather then post it
hope someone can help with personal experiance
Thanks

Try Joe Horner at Anglesey Watch & Clock.
I just had my wife's automatic Oris fixed by Joe. Admittedly I have friends who live in Anglesey who transported the watch to him and got it delivered back to us.However, the service was epic, cheap and effective. Plus, the person delivering the watch to him was so impressed they've had other work done by him.
- solidrecommendation.
