Looking around for some 25mm ID fuel hose. Only needs to be low pressure rated (fuel tank outlet) but must be modern petrol resistant ..

Plenty of places who are still selling old stock hose .. but this marine based nitrile cored stuff looks just the ticket:

Anyone got any better alternatives before I buy it ?

cheers all.

Thanks .. Saw that, and it's cheap .. but unbranded stuff always makes me nervous when fitting to a customer car. At least the Nautilus stuff is approved by Lloyd insurers so it seems ..
Also can't believe this thread has already been picked up by google !

Does it need to be vacuum rated? That could be an issue at those sizes. As you will remember, the S uses armoured hose which is overkill for the application but resists kinking even when curved with suction applied. (I replaced that hose run with shaped rigid pipe and a couple of short joiners.)

Probably a bit rigid but a similar product.

Hi Peter .. no doesn't need to be vacuum rated stuff .. and it's a relatively straight path so no kinking issues. I've plumped for the nautilus pipe in the end but thanks for all the replies smile

Hope the S is still serving you well .. still miss mine!
