Employment Lawyer (settlement agreement) recommendation?

A surprise "redundancy" with a proposed settlement agreement was sprung on me yesterday morning at work. I am therefore seeking recommendations for a very 'robust' and experienced employment law specialist who knows how to deal with very large EU/Global corporate HR departments and in particular handles settlement agreements. My position is/was fairly senior (Director) and I have two young children, so there's a lot at stake here that impacts my immediate future and I want to make sure I don't get turned over.

I won't post specific details, but there's some 'history' regarding my role that possibly could play in my favour during any termination of employment, and I think their 'offer' might already be taking this into conisderation which is why they are going down a certain route.
