Yes , you really need to change that title.
Maybe the edict facility.

On first glance , from what I know that’s one the best special edition M3s you can get.

If you’re looking to get hold of any info from prior owner /s, maybe get see if it’s been on any other plates, that may jog memories.

Nice looking car, late model has the comp pack, DCT standard, one of 30 cars, Japan red (i think is one of the special Matt paint finishes)

Fully loaded car, low miles, and i'll guess should comes with 1 year BMW warranty.

Strong money, reflected by fact its 1/30 and bmw used approved.

Could become quite collectable in the coming years..
