I just wanted to write a quick post to talk about these guys. I had the pleasure of going down there today to spend a couple of hours with Mark and Paul. I'm not a TVR owner (yet!) but this was mainly a fact finding trip (and it's a good thing I didn't quite yet have the right amount of money in the bank otherwise I'm sure it would have been dangerous!)
These guys know their stuff, the pick and mix of cars they have in there is amazing. While I'm good with cars in general, I barely knew much about TVRs so I came away feeling hugely more knowledgable thank to them getting the cars up on lifts, walking me through every part and what to look for and what a good one should look like.
I've read elsewhere on these forums that someone mentioned they had visited and found the cars not very well prepared which wasn't great. I can say that while they might not all be sparkling, a lot of them are prep in progress and they are shown in genuine condition, they definitely are not trying to hide any flaws and will actively explain them to make sure you get the car you expect.
They kindly let me take a Chimaera out for a spin and while it took a bit of getting used to, I was pleasantly surprised by how "safe" it felt. Mark told me the best way to treat the car to keep it tame and any although it was a quick drive, any worries about them being seen as dangerous and just waiting to bite you went away. I'm not under the illusion that they WON'T turn round and bite you but I feel much better about being able to control it.
I'm also happy because I'm not the smallest bloke, waist wise, and I can fit in it ok, albeit a little tight on the width.
Anyway sorry for the long post, and most of you probably already know all this but all I'd say is visit them, they are great guys and I never felt pressured or pushed into buying something and most importantly, got a couple coffees out of it!
Thanks very much Mark and Paul

Hi
I bought my Chim from them last year and was impressed by the time and effort they took to go through everything.
Even when I needed a clutch slave cylinder replacing some 6 months down the line they sorted all with a local garage and was back on the road again.
Even bumped into Mark at the recent Neil Garner open day and we had a good chat.
I would recommend them imho
