BMW 225d (F22) iDrive Screen Cracked

My idrive screen has cracked in the corner, it isn't affecting the screen but the car is due to go back to BMW and I don't want to be charged for a whole new unit which I have heard is around £2,000.

I have purchased a used screen from eBay which looks in perfect condition to replace the screen with.

Does anyone know how to replace the screen, I have a big speaker behind the screen so do I need to remove this to get in to unscrew it or do I need to remove the radio.

Any advice or instructions on how to do it would be greatly appreciated.
