Is it Citroen Day?

Within the space of ten minutes this morning I saw two lovely classic Citroens being driven: a light metallic green DS, and a white GS.




Coincidence, or is it a significant Citroen day?

That DS is an unusual but very distinctive colour. Thought it was the one that I saw at a recent show earlier this year but looking back at the photographs I took it is not the same car. The one I saw was a DS21 "K" registration with a black roof, but was in excellent condition like the one you pictured.

Spent some time talking to the owner as I had a dark green ID19 many years ago and loved it. A RHD DS would be one of my first purchases if my numbers came up in the lottery.
