Sleep apnoea - solution?
Discussion
I like thousands of others suffer the sleep apnoea problem. Under the medical guidance I tried the various night time sleeping masks but found I could not tolerate any of the various designs.
Came to my attention a new devise to aid those that suffer sleep apnoea, a devise which can be temporally fitted into the nostrils and it blows the correct air pressure to relieve the medical condition. More information can be found : fundairing.com
I am in no way associated with the Company and this is not an advert for the product. Hopefully suffers will find the information useful.

Looks interesting
Shame they have gone to market before any research. Unless I'm mistaken, because I can't find much on Pubmed on it, and research is what drives doctors. I know money drives marketing, but most doctors are pretty immune to marketing. On account of the deficit of truth.
But perhaps that's the point, this isn't for doctors to prescribe, it's for people to buy.
Anyhow, if someone knows of an RCT, I'd like to read it.
I wear a proper prescription “made to measure” mouthguard which keeps my airway open, this has to all intents and purposes cured my sleep apnoea and stopped me snoring as well.
Made by Somnomed, and pretty expensive by all accounts, it incorporates a data recording chip that registers when you wear it as many people dont give it a chance.
Takes a week or two to get used to but worth it, if I dont wear it I get a restless night and the snoring returns.
