2003 911 Carrera 4S (Green content!)
Discussion
Afternoon all,
After a bit of a hiatus in half decent motoring I've returned to the fold after buying a C4S having wanted one for as long as I can remember!
The hunt started a while back, viewing a few in different states of condition but I finally settled on one I initially dismissed.
Seeing it in the flesh made me change my mind after looking at the advert a few times online, its grown on me ever since.
Now the fun stuff:
Its a 2003 Carrera 4S in Lagoon Green, manual, black leather, litronics, PCM2, Dansk rear boxes and the usual standard bits.
The car has just ticked over 105k and I've slowly pieced together a comprehensive service history for it after e-mailing a few Porsche dealers from years gone by.
Here's a few photos from Goodwood recently:

No real plans other than to enjoy it and give it what it needs but I will keep this updated with the ups and downs of 911 ownership!

Excellent purchase and I like the colour. Most are black or grey which I also like, bit this is rare and all the better for it.
A great way to spend circa £20k. Fun, pretty, practical(ish!) and unlikely to lose money - if that bothers you. Would love to have one of these tucked up in the garage for weekends and fun days, but for now settle for the 986 (now doing circa 4,000 miles a year).
There are parts that need changing such as aircon condensers but you'd be unlucky to need an IMS/RMS despite some of the horror stories and even then the RMS can be changed when the clutch is done if it doesn't leak excessively. On a 4S these things are likely to have already been dealt with so enjoy it and keep us updated.
Lovely car.

Lovely car.
Cracking colour. Worlds better than the usual blacks and silvers you see so much of. I'm looking for a good 987 Cayman for about the same budget and if they did one in this shade of green I would be worth seeking one out as I love green cars - probably as a result of owning two Lhasa Green Mk1 GTI's.

Absolutely stunning in that colour, not seen one before. I have watched and bookmarked this, as I would love to put one of these in my garage before too long. It will be interesting to see how you get on with it. I remember one of my customers taking me out in his back in 2006 and it was just incredible. Such a solid and planted car, with proper real world usable power. Enjoy!!!
LOVE that colour... never saw any in that colour when I was looking or I’d have got one, second only to guards red? Or maybe 3rd to cobalt, either way stunning!
I’m guessing your already on 911uk?
Enjoy driving it and get ready to be replacing lots of window regulators they seem to break them for fun :/
