Simple company car tax question....

Diesel car, registered in March 2015. 114g/km CO2 emissions.

Does the car tax rate for 2014/2015 still apply or is it for the current year? (18% in 2014/2015, 27% now)
For a 20% tax payer that's £110/month vs £137/month, if I've done my maths right.

Asking for a friend (really). My company cars have been commercial vehicles so I'm not sure on this one, but I think it's the former

It's the rate now, 18/19.
