Twins being born?

Saw this on another site


At 01.55 on 28 /10/2018 the first of twins is born

10 mins real time later the second one arrives but at the new time of 01.05 28/10/2018

There is no indication of BST/GMT time change due to an admin error, nor the order of birth


Years later when the only record of the births are the certificates, could the correct order of birth for the rightful firstborn for, say, an inherited title be established,(one get millions the other nothing)

For this scenario both parent as are any living relatives who could give any info on this are no longer living just old family heresay

I am the father of twins... it was pretty obvious which one popped out first. No idea which is recorded as the elder in officialdom.

Primogeniture doesn't exist in the UK so what country were the twins born in?

Translation - first twin is born on threshold of clocks going back, second twin is born immediately after clocks go back, thus becoming on paper the first born twin. In later life inherits massive fortune as sole beneficiary due to archaic first born traditions.
