Anyone on here had a black Audi, possibly S3, reg WR66 WVC stolen recently?
It is now sporting plates LX64 XKL.

2nd Reg is an S3, 1st is too. Neither are showing as stolen.

Both are showing taxed, insured and the 2nd one has a valid MoT.

What makes you think its a stolen S3 on false plates?

Quite a few have gone recently including this one

Thanks for that.
Removal of the original plates and replacement with others was performed this morning apparently. Suspicious to say the least.

One of the cars was almost certainly up to no good. Worth dropping the Police a line.

Call it in, as it's likely a crime has been or will be committed. One set of plates are likely to have been stolen or cloned from an innocent vehicle and swapped on to the other vehicle to disguise it for use in offending.

I believe that Britain’s finest are aware.
My first thought was to make the owner aware - if a PH reader.

You "believe" the Police are aware? - Have you actually reported it to them?, or are you simply relying on their psychic abilities? confused

You believe a vehicle crime is being committed, so your first thought was to post it on a public forum, on the basis of a Million to one chance, that the owner of a vehicle with one of the registration numbers involved, reads the forum, and you can make them aware of what is going on?

Surely long before you do that, you should be reporting the suspected crime to the Police, including details of where the suspect vehicle is located? confused

Thank you Slow Poke.

For fairly obvious reasons, I am relying on mutual perspicacity, which of course sometimes misses the mark.

That's a new one. I'll keep that in the mental dictionary. Thanks.
