BMW M140i Service Bulletin - updated radiator design

Hi Guys,
Does anyone have a way to find a BMW service bulletin document where the M140i had rock guards added to it's radiator? I've had my car only for a few months and it needs a new radiator, I told BMW that I had concerns about the rad the first week I owned the car and received a boilerplate BS response. It's now causing me a major problem and I need to bash them over the head!
