HSV Clubsport impessions in auto form c 1999

Will- Have you caught the "Auto" bug. Very different experience, but I do enjoy a big lazy V8 mated to a slushmatic, very relaxing & effortless, just press & go..
I had a loaner (I think it was Blue) from Linden with the same Holden 5.0 ltr engine but manual, no comparison to an LS1 but still enjoyable & characterful. I liked its rawness.

Fair Dinkum, what's going on ? I have coppied my post from the other page to here, Are we using this one ?
That's great mate,
As I have said before the auto's can be fun, plus they are great when on a long trip (like in Aus)no need to change gear. Foot down & lets go !
People in the UK don't like them because most of the time the auto is behind an under powered buz box.
"When it's a V8 mate she's great".
This car from LSV, it's the Brownie Gold colour one isn't it mate. Saw it when we where up there last.
Good buy if your like me & can't afford the extra for the LS1 manual.
