House of Fraser gift cards

Mrs has asked me to post whether anybody on PH has had any success having their old HoF gift card refunded or exchanged for gift cards under the new regime?

If you did, where did you send it too please?

She’s sitting on one for £140, I’m thinking it’s going to get written off!

We had one voucher for £150 from a wedding present, posted it off and still waiting to hear anything back. Posted it to the Glasgow address given, I was in HoF the other day and there was a sign at the till saying to post gift cards back.

I'm hopeful its not all wasted and got fingers crossed that we get a new voucher in the post from them

How long ago was it that you posted it off please?

Posted off on the 1st or 2nd of October, so not overly bothered yet. As I imagine they have a lot to process.

I think you will be very very lucky if you get anything back at all.

and as if by magic an e-mail has arrived from HoF customer services saying they are processing our returned gift card and we will be e-mailed an 'e-voucher' which can only be used online and valid until 31st January 2019.

But certainly not complaining and will get it used as soon as it arrives.

Good to hear i was surprised that anyone would get anything back from that shark.
