Guide for front bumper removal of B8 (2015 on) Passat?

Does anybody have a guide for the front bumper removal of a B8 Passat?
I hit a pheasant on Monday and it’s cracked the lower front grille (the bit beneath the number plate).
From past experience (my wife also hit a pheasant with her Seat) these grilles are removed from behind the bumper, so the bumper needs to come off.
It was a ball ache on my wife’s car, this will be worse due to a LOT more sensors in the bumper, so if there’s a guide or video, it would be welcome.
