With very little new stuff coming through from the factory is it a bad time to buy a second hand Porsche, in my case a 991 3.8 Cab, at the moment?
Traditionally things slow going into winter but with perhaps a smaller choice of good spec’d cars available are prices unseasonably firm?

Admittedly not Porsche, but to give you an indication of the S/H market, the two highest bids for my BMW were Franchised dealers. They not only outbid the likes WBAC/Evans Halshaw, but also private buyers.
That's never happened before. In fact I almost didn't bother asking them if they wanted to buy it, due to previous experience. If that's representative, then franchised dealers bolstering their forecourt stock will probably firm up second hand prices.
