Twin scroll turbo on a small CC engine

So to cut a long story short, planning on putting my billet TD05 twin scroll on my starlet. So 1.3 engine with quite a girthy turbo, what's the thoughts? Many people who use the regular, non twin scroll TD05, say its a little bit laggy. Will the twin scroll design work on such a small engine? Or am i likely to get boost at 5k+, I can't find much info on it. 1 tuning company does a twin scroll td05 turbo kit for this engine but are being very hush hush about the specs!
