Would like to provide a small workforce (~10 over the winter) with coffee in the mornings. Mobile teams, so would be filling flasks and then heading out.

Most of them like the coffee from the chains, simple Americanos are always welcome if I'm out and about and bringing coffees. Looking for a way of providing a sensible volume of decent coffee. Happy to buy a machine (not capsules I don't think) and whatever is needed. If a filter coffee thing is the way forward, an idiot's guide to gear needed would be welcome (for a tea drinker!). I wouldn't have a clue on beans or anything. If a 'proper' machine is the answer, perhaps a budget of £500 (unless that's hopeless).

Thank you

Filter coffee machine and 2 glass coffee jugs. You will get one from Nisbetts and a box of filter coffee sachets (50g) and filters from amazon. Blue mountain do pretty good coffee.

In one office I worked we all threw in a few quid a month and a company provided everything, robust large volume filter machine, coffee grounds, filter. they maintained and gave it a proper clean once a month.
Can recall who the company was but I'm sure a search will turn something up.

If they like chain coffee virtually anything above 'basics' will be fine.

Got a local Costco?
If you have, job done for a drip machine and Kirkland coffee. If you haven't I don't know.
