Does anyone know if there's a way of checking whether a car has been reported stolen without paying for an HPI check? A Vauxhall Combo van has been left in our work car park for over a month, its MOT has run out, and I wonder if it has been abandoned there after being stolen. It hasn't moved at all in the month it's been here and it's taking up a valuable parking space. The registration is DC04CAA if anyone's wondering.

Could be on stolen/cloned/false plates, what you need is the VIN from the windscreen.

Check it on https://isitnicked.com/ or post the VIN and I will check it.
