Here are a couple of pictures of my latest purchase. After ditching my previous road going track car (BMW M3 Compact) and going for a track only car (Van Diemen Multisport), I missed having the option of taking the "quick" car to work or out at the weekend.

I know the person who built this and know the car quite well. It's very well put together and is very, very quick.

Looks fantastic. I've driven one with a fireblade engine and it was frightening so 180+ from a busa engine must be very lively indeed.

I love the idea of these Caterfield-style cars with bike engines, I'm just not Caterfield-sized human at the moment. laugh

I'd love an M3 Compact.. there was a blue one which had used an E46 as a donor for sale a while back and I'll be buggered if I can find the post, but it had a link to a track day where it was going very well. How come you sold yours?

I’d had the compact for nearly ten years so wanted a change and only have room for one toy car.

I bought more wheels but I’m not sure on the colour.

A shot of the dash after I had removed the stripe. The more I look at it the more I like the colour. Ford ultimate green (RS green) .
