Good evening looking for some help here, my 997 Turbo rear spoiler has a dreaded leak on one of the rams thus the spoiler is not making its limit when it lifts. Porsche have quoted £790 +vat for 1

The question is is there anyone out there that does recon ones or is there anyone that has a set for sale or any fixes??

I refilled mine on a 996 turbo and they still work after 2 years. Does the spoiler gobup straight or cock eyed?

I also refilled mine (996) and they were fine for years although did still leak very slightly.

Matt @ Porschacare in Stevenage worked his magic on them with some kind of additive that I believe improved the seal. Not exactly local to you though!

I might get shot, but if it's going up OK I'd try nipping up the bolts and just leaving it. Fixing it or topping up the rams is a bit of a pita and may open a can of worms. I only did mine as one side was sticking.
