No Connected Drive - Anyone?

Hi

Anyone else having problems with Connected Drive? Nearly all the CD options have disappeared from the iDrive menu and I can't use connected apps on my iPhone. The Mobile Care option asks me to pair a BT phone (even though one is already paired and it should be using the in-built SIM) and RTTI isn't working in the Pro Nav either.


Is anyone else suffering with this?

I had my iDrive reboot twice in quick succession exactly 1 week ago, after which it forgot everything I'd entered - Nav destinations, phone pairing, button presets, even the radio was not tuned in. The connected drive options also did not work, so no RTTI and no weather on the nav, no online music etc. After re-pairing the phone and disconnecting and re-connecting in the Connected Drive web page and re-logging in to the online music, everything is working again.
