Is it just me or are Virgin West Coast between Manchester and London full to the brim ALL the time?

It used to be the case that going off-peak was much better, You'd normally get a double seat without much problem. Nowadays any time between 6am and 12pm on the way down is busy and any time from 3pm and 8pm on the way back is chockfull. We definitely need more capacity

Cheap tickets and the off peak restrictions have been lifted on a Friday only.

The 19.00 Eus - Man was always full with it being the first off peak, its a free for all now on Friday.

Even the peak ones seem a bit manic these days
