Recommended Employment law solicitors?

Anybody have any recommendation for a good employment law specialist? A work colleague has been offered a settlement agreement but includes a strange scenario: (made redundant with immediate effect and then asked to stay for longer) so has to sign two agreements apparently.

Ideally a specialist employment specialist will be useful
