I'm getting an electric pressure cooker soon. Really looking forward to mastering quick and easy meals with it. I've got an ox cheek and some lamb shanks in the freezer waiting.

I get a lot of inspiration from the dinner photos thread, and i'm hoping we can create something similar for pressure cooker cooking.

What have you cooked recently? Why not post a picture?

(Mine has a sous vide mode too - can't wait to try sous vide steaks!)

I prepared some jacket potatoes yesterday for my children in the Instant Pot pressure cooker.

One cup of water into the IP, wash, prick and place whole potatoes on the wire rack, close lid and seal.

Set to manual, 25 mins and wait for IP to come to pressure. Once the cooking process is finished, do a quick release to release the steam/pressure.

Served with butter and some finely chopped chives.

Perfect ‘baked’ spuds in a fraction of the time.

I cooked this recently: https://www.paintthekitchenred.com/instant-pot-mas...

I love Massaman Curry!

I've got the Sage fast slow pro, my friends call it the pulled pork machine, because ....... 45 minute pulled pork! It's great.

My tip is to pretty much double any flavourings or spices you use, they have a tendency to blanderise things.

Thanks for those. Great ideas!

I am looking forward to being able to do fast ribs and pulled pork too.

That looks excellent, will give something like that a go!

I have gone for one of these, as it enables you to control the "boil mode" temperature between 30 and 120c in 1c increments.

Gotta wait until Christmas though laugh
