Gamma Horizon outage - anyone else having problems today?

small taxi company here, serviced by a all singing all dancing fancy Gamma Horizon phone system,

except today we aren't Gamma seem to be having a major outage on their horizon platform atm result being we're getting no calls in


very quiet day in the office for me but ruddy hell its like the blind leadng the blind. spoke to 4 people so far today each of whom has given me a different eta for getting our phones back up. all of which have now passed.


anyone else having problems ?

No failsafe / backup? Not even to direct to a single mobile?

Seems like a lot of faith to put in a single point of failure

oh we have other comms available to us both for internal and external uses but we cant redirect our landlines if their platforms screwed

voip service so the same if bt suffer an outage not exactly impressed with the length of outage (6 hours) but they do say 99.9% uptime


back up and running now thankfully

Users/Customers were supposed to be able to redirect calls if the handsets went down, and they were assured that there was redundancy on their network. Unfortunately the web portal was down so phones could not be redirected and it appeared whatever happened affected the redundancy too.

Bad day for anyone using the Horizon platform and no doubt have a massive impact on that company now.
