Plastic pallet manufacturers

Looking at options for pallets at work to reduce broken pallets and improve delivery quality to customers, increase number of times pallets can be reused Etc and one option is plastic pallets.

We don’t use only standard size pallets so may need to get a custom size made.

Has anyone changed to plastic pallets? Can anyone recommend a supplier or manufacturer of custom size pallets?

Also, any recommendations for high quality strong wooden pallets which will be less prone to breaking appreciated as a comparison.
