So finally managed to get body back on chassis- pretty chuffed with it!

However I have a stray cable and can’t see what it may be. I have also been trying to find the speed transducer cable - but no joy. Could this be it??

Is it me or does the lack of ladder over-hang on that blue bin make them nervous? hehe

Thanks all - I think as the new transducer has a different fitting so wasn't sure what im looking for

In regards to the bins - was far from ideal, but I was lead more by desperation of loosing the light. I originally had engine hoists at either end of the car - but didn't find it particularly stable. I dint want to put off doing it as I cant see too many more nice weekends. So, looked to see what else I could try - and found the bins!!! surprisingly good, rough and ready - but did the job!

Nice to see the old dog in her shelter!

Well done for getting the body on. That is a massive step forward.

As a word of warning for the future, wheelie bins are not actually very strong and can collapse when overloaded (don't ask how I know this, but it isn't related to cars).

Thanks Duncan - rest assured It really was a make do situation and nothing id recommend - but its on and means I can crack on!

I certainly wouldn't of liked to see those bins fail - so hope your experience wasn't too bad!
