Honda CC223s - first proper bike

Hi All

I have been living in Japan last couple of years and am due to get my 400cc bike license in a few weeks.
At the moment my only bike experience is with a 74 CB50dx, great little bike but am going up to something to commute through Tokyo with but still in a classic style. The below link is to a bike I might buy.

Does anyone have any experience with a Honda CB223s as an import?
It will cost me about 2k GBP on the road, and I believe they make great custom base bikes
