PH'ers all, what do you think interests rates will be like in say 5-6 months??
Looking to renew mortgage (on fixed at present) but should I change now (even staying with present lender) instead of later??

cheers

MoJo.

The economy is stalling. The BoE are unlikely to raise interest rates IMO.

IMO pretty stagnant for the rest of 2005, possible 0.25 drop but not much further.

I don't think they'll change in that time period.

Looks like i'm the only pessimist around here.

Being as I've got no mortgage but do have funds in the bank, I view you as an optimist.
