Window sticking due to frost

Went to get in my car last night and there was a good covering of frost all over,
Anyway as I tried to open the door to get in it became apparent that the window hadn't dropped and trying to open the door was causing the glass to bend as it was still inside the rubber at the top,
I eventually managed to get it open but was worried I might break the window trying to force it
Can anyone recommend a fix for this or something I can use to prevent it from sticking
The best stuff I've come across to stop rubber seals getting sticky in the Winter is gummi pflege - just put some of it on every bit of rubber and it seems to do the trick:
